1. Introduction 

EverBond is a mobile application designed to help users connect, interact, and share experiences with others. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of EverBond, available on iOS and Android platforms. 

By using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. 

2. Eligibility 

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement. 

3. User Accounts 

To access certain features, you may need to create an account using a valid email address or Apple ID/Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. 

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. 

4. License to Use 

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use EverBond for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer the App or its content. 

5. Acceptable Use & User Responsibilities 

You agree not to: 

• Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. 

• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality. 

• Share false, harmful, or infringing information. 

• Violate the rights of others. 

You are responsible for how you use the App and for maintaining compliance with applicable laws. 

6. Subscriptions & Payments 

EverBond may offer free and paid subscription plans. 

Apple App Store Payments: Paid subscriptions purchased through the iOS App Store will be billed via your Apple ID account. Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Account Settings. 

Other Payments: If purchased outside the Apple App Store (e.g., Android), payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers such as Stripe. Subscription terms and refund policies will be clearly stated in the App. 

7. Intellectual Property 

All content, trademarks, logos, designs, code, and features of the App are owned by EverBond and are protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. 

You may not use our intellectual property without prior written permission. 

8. Data and Privacy 

Your use of EverBond is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. 

We do not sell your data. Certain data may be shared with trusted services such as Google Firebase, Stripe, and Apple to support App functionality. 

9. Termination 

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to EverBond if you violate these Terms or misuse the App. 

10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability 

EverBond is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. 

We are not liable for: 

• Loss of data or business. 

• Service interruptions. 

• Unauthorized access or use. 

• Any damages or interruptions caused by your use of the App. 

Your use of EverBond is at your own risk. 

11. Governing Law 

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country or jurisdiction in which you reside, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in your country of residence, unless otherwise required by applicable law. 

12. Changes to Terms 

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
