Welcome to EverBond (“we”, “us”, or “our”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use our services, including the EverBond mobile apps (available on Android and iOS in the Dating category) and our website everbond.live.

By using EverBond, you agree to this policy and consent to the practices described herein.

EverBond is intended strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under this age. If we discover that a minor has registered, we will promptly delete the account and all associated data.

When you use EverBond, we may collect the following types of personal and device-related information:

• Account Details: Your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, password, gender identity, and optional details like biography, sexual orientation, and interests.
   
• Media Content: Profile photos, videos, voice notes, or other media you voluntarily upload.
   
• Device and Usage Information: IP address, device type, operating system, app version, language settings, interactions within the app, crash logs, and system performance data.
   
• Location Data: Approximate or precise GPS location, only with your permission, used for showing nearby users.
   
• In-App Purchases: Payment confirmation data (via Google Play or Apple App Store), such as transaction IDs and subscription status. We do not collect or store your full payment details.
   
• Third-Party Logins: If you use Apple or Google login, we may receive limited profile data from those platforms, such as your name and email address.
   

We use the collected information to:

• Create and maintain your account.
   
• Suggest compatible matches and enhance your experience using matchmaking algorithms.
   
• Moderate user-generated content to detect spam, nudity, hate speech, or abuse.
   
• Provide customer support and respond to your requests.

You may delete your EverBond account at any time through the app’s Settings menu under “Delete Account.” You may also email privacy@everbond.live with the subject line “Delete My Account.” Once deleted, your account and associated media will be removed from our systems, subject to legal retention requirements.

You may opt out of promotional messages via email or app settings. However, you will still receive essential service-related notifications (e.g., password resets or account warnings).

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will notify users via email or in-app notice prior to the effective date. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
